Refund Policy


  1. General
    1. Welcome to (“Website”)/the Senjoy Mobile Application (“App”). This Website/App is owned and operated by Senjoy (“the Company”), whose registered office is at Panchshil Business Park, Balewadi High Street, Pune 411045, INDIA.
    2. The Website/Mobile App is an online platform is a service marketplace that enables users to book the services of persons providing health, wellness, travel, advisory, essentials, learning, spiritual, etc related services. (“Providers”).
    3. By accessing or using this Website/App or the Services, You agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Return and Refund Policy. If You do not agree to any of Our Policies, please do not use the Services or access the Website/App.
  2. Subscription Fees
    Our subscription fees are charged annually with a validity of 1 year from the date of registration. Subscription fees are non-refundable and non-retrunable in any conditions. Subscription cannot be rolled over to next year/term
  3. Order Cancellation
    If you book a joy partner or service provider for any online consulting or home visit, there will be no cancellation charges if cancellation is done before 24 hours of the service start time. If you cancel service within less than 24 hours of the service start time, there will be a cancellation charge of 100 joycoins on the platform
  4. Refund / Return 
    1. In case of service is not satisfactory or any other issue, you can raise a dispute from our app, once the verification is done from our support team, a refund will be initiated
    2. The refund will be done within 10 working days 
    3. The amount will be reflected in your app balance as soon as the refund is accepted by our support team
